Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule in the Booksy app or by phone – please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that someone else can use the slot. Cancelling later than 24 hours before the appointment involves a fee of 50% of the treatment price.

How should I prepare for my first visit?

Come in comfortable clothes, and if you have imaging results (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI), bring them with you. Avoid a heavy meal right before the treatment. It is worth arriving a few minutes early for your first visit so we can talk calmly about what is bothering you.

Do I need a referral?

No. You do not need a doctor’s referral to visit the studio - just book a slot.

How long does a visit take?

A standard visit takes 60 minutes. During the first appointment part of that time goes to a conversation and an assessment of the problem.

Which therapy should I choose?

If you are not sure, book a therapeutic massage or call us - after a short conversation we will suggest which form of work will suit you best.

Does the massage hurt?

Therapeutic massage and deep tissue work can be noticeable, but they should not be painful. We always adjust the intensity to you and you can ask for a change of pressure at any moment.

How often is it worth coming?

It depends on the problem. With pain we usually start with a series of a few sessions every 1-2 weeks and then move on to maintenance visits. We agree on the plan together during the first visit.

Can I come after an injury?

Yes - work after injuries is one of our specialities. With a fresh injury it is worth consulting a doctor first to rule out a fracture or other contraindications to therapy.
